What’s New?

Cori started offering her next Women’s Career Group Coaching Sessions in January 2019.  If you missed out on this initial offering, read more about joining an exclusive group later in the year – be the professional you aspire to be.

After an initial coaching conversation (to set individual challenge goals), small groups of women (up to 8) are organized based on their stage of career work and industries of interest. Virtual meetings, led by Cori, will be held twice monthly, over a 6-month period during which the participants will share successes and challenges and provide peer support in a confidential setting.

Here is what one group participant has to say about the experience:

I am very grateful and fortunate to have worked in a long-term Career Group coached by Cori, which I joined when she was the Director of Bryn Mawr College Alumni Career Services. Despite the wide variety of background and professional pursuits of our members, Cori, first and foremost, has always been a very ACTIVE LISTENER. This has lead to truly personalized discussions versus formulaic coaching. I have learned something with every meeting! In addition, the individual coaching and advice I received for a recent career move has been strategic, thoughtful, calming and without judgment. It has led to a very successful closure in my process. I have and will continue to recommend Cori for every professional woman I know!  Pam F.

And a colleague’s message about Cori:

Coaching women to build satisfying, meaningful careers is Cori Ashworth’s signature strength. Bringing warmth and positive support to solo and small-group sessions, Cori helps clients gain clarity about their top values, interests, skills, and strengths. She then brings up-to-date market knowledge to the process of leveraging clients’ unique attributes in a complex, fast-changing work environment.

I worked with Cori as a volunteer for two Mount Holyoke College alumnae clubs in the San Francisco Bay Area, arranging for private career coaching and career transition workshops. Attendees mentioned how much they enjoyed the workshops, and a woman who met with Cori individually thanked me in a note, writing that she’d launched a new career as a result. Cori has guided me, too, often sharing insights and ideas for my work life. I would highly recommend Cori to anyone looking for a warm and supportive career coach.  Peri C.
