CORI'S PROFILE

Cori Ashworth is a career coach and management consultant with more than 20 years of experience guiding individuals and organizations in corporate, higher education, and other nonprofit environments. Her background and experiences as a Director of Alumnae Career Services for Mount Holyoke College, Senior Associate and Center Director with Right Management Associates, and Human Resources Manager in the high-tech industry have given her the depth of knowledge to understand your situation or organization. She has coached clients at all levels, from the executive who is developing dynamic leadership skills to the senior graduating from college preparing for her first job search.

Cori’s education includes master’s degrees in Education (College of William and Mary) and Counseling (University of Massachusetts, Amherst), with advanced training in Counseling. In addition, she is qualified in the use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator as well as in its team and communications applications. She constantly reviews current materials and trends and incorporates this information into her coaching practice and training materials. Cori recently completed training in Retirement Coaching, and anticipates coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation in spring 2011.

Active in her field, Cori holds memberships in the National Career Development Association, International Coaching Federation, Alumni Career Services Network, and Career Resource Managers Association; presented at the American Association of College and Universities in May 2009; and has published in the NACE Journal.
